The property is in a very good position on the shopping street "Rüttenscheider Strasse", known to the citizens of Essen under the name: "Rü". After the lease with the former tenant on the ground floor expired, we built a larger and more attractive sales area for the children's clothing specialist "Ernsting’s family" with the help of massive structural changes. In this context, the entire building was renovated to be more energy efficient  and the attic was also expanded for residential purposes.
