We are very cautious with third parties about our activities and the press, so our motto is: "We prefer being in the land register rather than in the press!”

 

For us, an investor with a heart means that we value everyone we work with as a real partner. In particular, our tenants are real partners for us: We therefore guarantee professional and qualified support from our team. All of our partners can rely on us. Many of our commercial rental partners have become tenants of ours several times. Some leases signed over two generations. We are proud to always find a joint partnership-based solution beyond all paragraphs for all matters, even in current leases.

Our rental partners benefit greatly from our active ancillary cost management.  We compare the costs of energy suppliers and insurance companies every year and optimise them if necessary. We analyse our buildings and implement sensible energy improvement measures if necessary. This building management enables us to keep the “second rent”, i.e. the additional costs, lower than average for our rental partners, which we are very proud of.

Permanent servicing and maintenance is the solid foundation for maintaining the value of our properties. Our properties are therefore regularly inspected by our own in-house technicians. Required maintenance, cleaning, garden maintenance and minor repair work are done immediately, so that each of our properties is always well maintained.

 

As a real estate investor, we are realistic enough to know that we cannot improve the world on our own. However, in times where the housing market is tight, as an investor with a heart, we would like to at least make our contribution as is in our possibilities. That is why we are content with moderate profitability, because for us humanity always comes before return.
