In 2011 we acquired the listed castle complex "Schloss Baldeney" in Essen-Bredeney. The building Remise, which was built in the historic style at the turn of the 19th to the 20th century in accordance with the prevailing castle romanticism, and in which the horses and carriages were originally housed. It was extensively repaired and expanded for our purposes. After almost three years of construction in close coordination with the monument protection department, we were able to move into our new company headquarters in December 2014.

The “Baldeney Castle” gave its name to the artificially dammed Baldeneysee completed in 1933, on the north bank of which our company headquarters are located. Lake Baldeney is the largest of the six Ruhr reservoirs and is used, among other things, for water sports and as a local recreation area.
