The property is in the best location in the pedestrian zone of Duisburg-Hamborn. After purchasing the property, our first action was to have the beautiful natural stone facade refurbished. We entrusted this work to real professionals who have worked on Cologne Cathedral. The facade was painstakingly restored and the building is now in top condition. We were able to optimise the sales area on the ground floor by merging and converting it and gaining the company Backwerk as a new rental partner.
