Düsseldorf, Flinger Straße 33-35

 

The property is in the best location of the pedestrian zone in Düsseldorf's old town. With 6,700 passers-by per hour, Flinger Strasse is the fourth most visited street in Germany on Saturdays (source: Immobilienzeitung). By merging the three houses Flinger Straße 33 and 35 and Wallstraße 20, we changed a former butcher, bakery and garage into a coherent, modern retail space for our rental partner Douglas.
