Hotels - an absolutely booming market!

 

In the past, we purchased several properties in which hotels were located at the time of the acquisition, but these premises were always used for a different purpose after the acquisition. We retained the hotel's use for the property we acquired in Essen - not just for sentimental reasons, because the Rolling Stones stay there, but also to preserve a landmark of our hometown.
