The property is in the best 10 m of the pedestrian zone of Wuppertal-Barmen. The entire building was completely renovated and modernised, including loft conversion for residential purposes.

For the side view of the house, which up to 3,000 people pass by at peak times, we had local graffiti artists put the motif of the Baron Münchhausen on the house wall to make the facade interesting.
