We bought a property in the best location in the pedestrian zone of Gelsenkirchen-Buer from Karstadt using the "sale-and-lease-back" process. After Karstadt terminated the existing lease, we revitalised the entire building and expanded the approximately 1,500 m² ground-level sales area with a 650 m² new building. As new tenants, we were able to win H&M, DEPOT and E-Plus for our property.
